NEWBORN SLEEP
(SLEEP IN THE 4TH TRIMESTER)
A webinar on April 5, 2024 for expecting parents and those with babies aged 0 – 3-months.
Continuing on from World Sleep Day (which was on Friday 15th March this year) I’m giving you my insider knowledge and tips for newborn babies (aged 0-3 months of age).
FOR FREE!
Because SLEEP is essential for HEALTH.
Sleep is a behaviour that is foundational to one’s physical, mental, and social well-being. And it’s even more important for our babies, especially in their first few months of life.
This webinar is a must for expecting parents and those who have recently given birth.
So much changes when you have a newborn (aged 0-3 months), but here we will focus on the SLEEP side. Sleep and feeding do go hand in hand at this age (so we dip into that too) and ***spoiler alert *** no, you can’t sleep train a newborn.
You can’t expect your newborn baby to “sleep through the night” just yet (what does that mean anyway?). BUT you can start as you mean to go on, and set them up for great sleep when they’re developmentally ready. Even just knowing what to expect (and when) can really help you out during this 4th trimester stage.
Let’s get rid of the mystique around newborn sleep and give you the confidence to know what’s normal, and what to do if it’s not going well.
These are the things you don’t get told in your other courses or by your midwife or Doctor (likely because they don’t always know them).

Want to know a little of what I’ll be covering?
Sure, newborns typically start off sleepy, but that doesn’t always guarantee they’ll sleep! This webinar will let you know the ins and outs of the 4th trimester sleep –
and why it differs to other sleep. We’ll cover topics like:
# How long should your baby stay awake at the start?
# What is overtiredness?
# What is active sleep and why you might wake your baby if you’re not aware of it.
We also know that your new baby will need feeds throughout the night, but how often? and when does that stop?
# When can you expect your baby to sleep through the night?
# How do you know if there is a problem with sleep?
After the presentation there will be time to address a few specific questions around newborn sleep.
AND if you’d still like a little help with sleep later down the track, there is a special code for 15% off my one-to-one sleep packages from 3-months plus (to be used over the next 4 months). Available to all who attend.
I’d love to see you there. What do you have to lose (except the insecurity of not knowing what your baby should be doing at this age)?
A replay will be emailed out if you can’t attend on the day
It’s FREE!
