Official terms and conditions of entry to Cherished Sleep giveaways and competitions

• No purchase is necessary to enter, and purchase does not enhance your chance of winning.
• Eligibility is limited to those aged over 17 years who are residing in New Zealand (or have a NZ postal address) unless otherwise stated in the individual giveaway.
• Some giveaways are area dependent. No extra assistance is available for travel or accommodation in the instance that someone out of area enters and wins. Winners are to make their own arrangements.
• Entry criteria is stated on each individual giveaway. At times this will include sign up to Facebook pages and/or newsletters or subscription lists. You are welcome to unsubscribe from these at any time following the giveaway draw. The link or method to unsubscribe will be included on future correspondence from Cherished Sleep and partnership businesses.
• Some giveaway products and services (including vouchers) have expiry dates. Please note this and ensure the product or voucher is used within the times specified.
• In some instances items may need to be substituted with a similar product of similar value. This will only happen in rare circumstances.
• Giveaway winners are drawn using a random generator app, unless otherwise stated in the individual giveaway terms. In cases where there are multiple entry options on different pages, a finalist will be selected from each page, and then a single winner will be randomly drawn from all finalists.
• Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram or any other App.
• Giveaway winners will be posted on the Cherished Sleep Facebook page and on the giveaway blog following the draw. If possible an email, Facebook notification and/or private message will also be sent to the winner. It is the winner’s responsibility to check and make contact with Cherished Sleep to claim their prize within 7 days of it being announced.
• The date of each giveaway close is included on the individual giveaway. The draw will occur as soon as possible after this date. This will be announced as soon as possible after that time.
• The giveaway is undertaken by Cherished Sleep and associated partner business as stated in each individual giveaway. No correspondence will be entered into. If giveaway conditions are not met, the entry will be void. Also void where prohibited.
• The winner is also bound to the terms and conditions of the business gifting the item or service. If these should differ to Cherished Sleep terms, then the terms and conditions of the business gifting the product or service supersedes the Cherished Sleep terms and conditions.
• In some instances, giveaway packages are made up of items from different businesses. These items will often be sent to the winner as individual items vs all in one package. Please understand that the items will not always arrive together (we like to think that increases the excitement factor).
• If the giveaway item is sent directly to the winner from the associated partner / business gifting the product, then Cherished Sleep takes no responsibility for late or missing items. This is to be taken up with the appropriate partnership business (as specified in the individual giveaway).
• If the winning item/s are sent out by Cherished Sleep, then Cherished Sleep will do everything possible to locate any missing item and redirect or resend as applicable. This will be in association with the postal provider as applicable. Each individual situation will be taken into consideration. In the rare likelihood of this occurring, please appreciate there will be a delay while it is sorted with the postal provider.
• Due to Covid delays, unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery prior to a certain date (like Christmas). All businesses will certainly try their best, but once posted, delivery is out of our hands. Where available, tracking details will be provided.
