At Cherished Sleep, we aim to provide clear and transparent information about shipping and returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • NZ only (international shipping, please contact me first)

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.

Cherished Sleep is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Cherished Sleep is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless required by New Zealand consumer law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos where applicable

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Digital products or downloadable content

  • Gift cards or vouchers

  • Services or consultations that have already been delivered

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return (where applicable):

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Original packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item due to a fault or error on our part, please contact us and we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
