Sleep Tips for ages 3 – 6 months
Exploring what happens to sleep between the ages of 3 to 6 months
Event Details
Good sleep is so important, it makes sense to learn all you can about it! And of course the more you know, the more you can help your child sleep better.
At this event, I’ll run through my seven most important tips to help guide babies aged 3 – 6 months to sleep well. This includes information on sleep props and how they affect sleep; along with bedtime routines, daytime schedules, and why overtiredness is such a big deal.
If time allows, there will also be an opportunity for a Q & A session.
This talk addresses sleep for children aged 3 months and over. But it can also help you know what’s coming up so you can be prepared.
Tickets are limited, so don’t delay. Because you and your child are worth it!

“The seminar is an awesome experience and I enjoyed it. Very thankful to have learnt so much and I have implemented most of what I learnt and it has made a huge difference! “ Ashleigh L.
“It was really interesting, I enjoyed hearing other people’s stories and learning tips and tricks about sleep. Easy to follow presentation (especially for someone who was tired!). The venue was great for me as I brought someone with me to look after our son outside in the playground. He loved it too!” Mum of Master 18 months
“Loved it, would happily attend another. Was nice to sit down with a coffee and some tasty muffins and learn a few pointers to help us get through the nights! Our son also had a super nights sleep that night after a fun morning in the playground!” Mel L.
“Thanks for the opportunity to attend the sleep seminar. I definitely came away feeling much more at ease and in control. I have tweaked a few things and followed your guidelines and it has made a huge difference. The second night she slept all night without waking except once at 4am, it was awesome!” Mum of Miss 6 months

OTHER UPCOMING SEMINARS
THE FINE PRINT:
These sleep tips seminars are held upstairs on the Mezzanine floor of The Grounds Restaurant; NZ’s famous modern family eatery nestled amongst five acres of lush urban park in the beautiful Waitakeres, West Auckland. People come from all over Auckland to discover premium cuisine, coffee and down-to-earth service at The Grounds Restaurant. So, make it a day out and stay for lunch after the event.
If you have toddlers or preschoolers and someone to watch them, let them play on the one-of-a-kind urban playground of Whoa! Studios – located just outside. Featuring movie set quality attractions such as the Rocket Ship and Mission Control, the Dragons Castle and Pirates Cove, along with New Zealand’s only crochet play net, your children will enjoy the outing as much as you (children must be supervised at all times). For children aged 5-12yrs there is a cost of $5 per child to use the playground. Alternatively, find a babysitter and give yourself a much-needed morning off.
Babies and young children are welcome at the talk, but prams will need to be left downstairs. Please let me know if you are bringing your little one/s so I can make sure there is some floor space if needed.
The ticket price includes the sleep talk, Q & A and some morning tea nibbles on arrival. Drinks, other food and lunch at The Grounds additional. Tickets are non-refundable, but in the event of a change in Covid levels, an alternative date or webinar will be arranged.
By attending you’ll be supporting both The Grounds Restaurant and my small sleep business. If you’re like me, you’ll love a good win-win-win. Thank you!
Don’t Delay – Tickets are limited.
